HOW DO I UPLOAD PICTURES?
Use the upload button on the product page and add the photos you would like on your camera roll keychain:
HOW MANY PICTURES CAN I UPLOAD?
You can upload up to 10 pictures per camera roll.
HOW DO I GET THE PICTURES IN THE ORDER I WANT?
If you'd like your pictures in a specific order you have to number the pictures before uploading. For example 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. It will be organized in the order you name the picture files. If you do not number the files in the order you'd like it will be randomized.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Typical Shipping times are between 7-10 business days for U.S. orders. 10-14 for international orders. We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders are processed in 7-10 business days. We try our best to create a quality piece for you that will last forever. Maintaining this level of quality takes vast precision and time. We cannot rush this process.
ORDER CONFIRMATION?
An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information.
ORDER CANCELLATION?
Orders can be cancelled if requested within 24 hours. Order cancellation requests after 24 hours will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened in original packaging (for non-custom items).
